Dissolution of Marriage/Notice of Adoption/Name Change ads - runs in the paper for 4 weeks - total cost is $80.00
Notice to Creditors/Notice of Administration ads - runs in the paper 2 weeks - Total cost is $80.00
Notice of Action - Foreclosure - runs 2 weeks - normally $90-$100 (could be more depending on length of ad/property description).
Notice of Sale/Foreclosure - runs 2 weeks - normally $90-$100 (could be more depending on length of ad/property description)
Once the ad is emailed to us - pennysavernews@aol.com or pennysaverweeklynews@gmail.com. We will ALWAYS email you a proof prior to publication and the invoice for the cost of the ad.

We are timely in mailing out the affidavits to our customers, overnighting them if needed - depending on sale date, etc.
We do not charge you any extra fees for an Affidavit of Publication - we at the Penny Saver Weekly News believe an Affidavit of Publication is part of the advertising process.
